April 1, 2020 - COVID-19 Update »
Thank you to all our clients for your continued patronage during this difficult time. Our goal is to continue to provide excellent service while ensuring the safety of our clients, staff, and veterinarians. Please call ahead to pick up prescription medication.
We ask for all haul in appointments to call upon your arrival. If you wish for us to unload your horse, perform procedures required, and load your horse in the trailer following the procedure we are able to provide that service. If you wish to be present for your horse’s examination or procedures please follow the 6 foot social distancing recommendations. We may ask that our staff handle your horse for our safety as well as yours as some procedures or the handling of anxious horses may require the veterinarian and our assistant to be within 6 feet of one another. We do ask that once your appointment has concluded to please call the office and we can take a credit card payment or care credit payment over the phone and the invoice and departing instructions can be e-mailed to you.
During farm call appointments we may also ask that one of our assistants hold your horse for us during the exam or procedure. If an assistant is not available, we may make recommendations on the restraint of your horse to allow us to keep everyone safe. If you have been exposed to someone who is sick or are currently sick please let our office staff know and we will make accommodations so that you do not have to be present at time of examination of your horse. We can continue to take payment in the field as we have previously.
Please let us know if there is anything we can do to better serve you. 360-887-8979
